Custom Design

Our custom designs are executed with exceptional quality and outstanding craftsmanship by our award-winning goldsmiths. The handcrafted nature of our custom work affords us control over the nuances of your design.

When designing a piece with our experienced staff, we can either hand-sketch the design, or we have a state-of-the-art computer based design system that lets you see in full color and proportion your design. We involve you in each step of the creative process until you are absolutely satisfied with your design.

Each piece is hand-carved in a three-dimensional wax model. At this point you may re-visit William Thomas Designs and try on your wax, with the stones included, to see how it feels on your hand, and to ensure that it is meeting your expectations. Once approved by you, we cast your piece, and finish it by setting the stones, and polishing the metal.

Before we let you take your piece home, we ensure that it meets our standards of excellence, and our standards are very high! We strive for perfection.

World-Wide Diamond Brokering

The world is at your fingertips when working with us to find your perfect diamond. Our suppliers have an extensive network around the world. We listen to your requirements for a diamond, and make available an ample selection from which to choose.

As with our clients, we value the relationships we have built with our diamond suppliers. Our contacts have a direct line to many key diamond sources. In building and maintaining a strong relationship with our suppliers, we know that they are working in our best interest, and thus yours. We are able to offer superior beauty and value in our diamonds because of our supplier relationships.

Appraisals

Our appraisal service assigns a detailed description and accurate value to your jewelry piece. We know the importance of having your treasured jewelry piece insured based on your appraisal. You can take comfort in our years of experience in being able to assign an accurate replacement value in the unfortunate event that you lose or damage your jewelry piece.

Repairs

All repair work is done on the premises. We have a team of goldsmiths that understands the value of your sentimental piece and will take the utmost care in returning it to a wearable form. We can repair just about anything, so if you have questions, just contact us.
